When I complained or asked for a credit to ny bill she refused because I purchased through a 3rd party (Expedia) . Also kids were in the hall ways screaming and yelling . If you book through a 3rd party the hotel says you can be treated like a 2nd class citizen . "

"We had to call in both nights of our stay for noise complaints and it seems staff did nothing after the call. We had a basketball team running the halls slamming doors and screaming. Walls are thin and we also could hear our neighbors yelling. Till 11 pm"

"I’m not even sure where to begin. The entire hotel had a strong, unpleasant odor—apparently coming from other rooms, but honestly, the whole place smelled the same. We booked a king room but were given a room with one double bed… and the other bed completely missing. Don’t worry though—they thoughtfully left the headboard behind, which really tied the empty space together. Naturally, we were a little concerned about why a bed had been removed in the first place. After requesting a different room (since there were two of us), we were moved to a king room. Unfortunately, the sheets clearly hadn’t been cleaned—there were stains, rips, and holes. We had to ask for clean sheets and make the bed ourselves. Also worth mentioning—the fridge looked like it had been used for target practice. It was so dented up I honestly wasn’t sure what had happened to it. And breakfast? If you can call it that. Think cardboard muffins and rubbery waffles. I guess you really do get what you pay for—but even at a budget price, basic cleanliness and accuracy in booking shouldn’t be too much to expect. "
