Easy access to the unit, no key to worry about. Just the right amount of messages from the owners. The bathroom baseboard could use a good dusting. The biggest problem was lack of proper drapes to block the incredibly bright security light attached to the building next door and facing the windows in the main living room area. »

« The room was in great condition and the staff were super courteous. My two main problems were that the electronic lock was dead upon arrival and someone had to come fix it the next day. Once it was fixed, they didnt put it to the origional code, so I got locked out of the apartment when I went downstairs. The second problem that was nexer fixed was the hot water.
