It was a challenge to get in contact with the host to get checkin instructions. We had to place an international call as they claim they could not communicate via Hotels.com. Everyone else I dealt with could. Parking was ok once we got into the unit and got the parking permit. Great location as restaurants shopping and sight seeing were all walkable.

We stay at the Cluanie Inn quite often as it is a handy stop off before taking the ferry to the Western Isles. It is always excellent. Really friendly and helpful staff, a good menu, especially the Indian food and the rooms are beautifully maintained and a good size, which is great if you have a big Labrador. Midge the Labrador loves the Cluanie Inn. We have stayed at all of the Black Sheep hotels, and I can't speak highly enough of them.

"Clean place, good communication from host on checking in. Modern home. Kitchen excellent shape and with good set up. There's a parking space. It's on a quiet street, about a 20 minute walk to the City Centre. The photo on the advert is NOT the property - it's part of a duplex/townhouse and not directly ..."
