I loved that everything you need is right in one place… beach, pool, restaurants, and incredible saunas. There’s also a supermarket, bakery, and pharmacy just outside the campus. Old Town was only a short cab ride away, and a beautiful vineyard with breathtaking views was nearby too. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful as well.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I genuinely cannot understand how this property has positive reviews. The photos and description are completely misleading.
The level of cleanliness was shocking. The towels had stains, the pillows had stains, and the overall condition of the room made me uncomfortable the moment I walked in. It felt less like a hotel and more like a neglected hostel. I wanted to leave immediately upon arrival, but unfortunately there were no suitable alternatives nearby. I left the next morning at 7:00 AM and gladly forfeited the rest of my stay.
The only positive aspect was the staff, who were friendly and professional. They were doing their best, but they cannot compensate for a property that is in such poor condition.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. If cleanliness is important to you, avoid this hotel. I would rate it 0 out of 10. I am honestly amazed that Expedia continues to promote this property as a VIP hotel.
