I booked this room sight unseen before I left home, based on the reviews I saw and the location. It turned out to be perfect. It is a small hotel with limited rooms, but they do have a second property nearby. The location was great for exploring San Sebastian/Donostia and an easy walk from the bus and train station. There were complimentary teas and coffees, and the staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating during my stay and beyond. Very clean room with balcony, AC and coffee facilities, and a nice en-suite bathroom and shower. Price was reasonable and I felt worth it. After staying there I tried to book a week in advance for my next visit but unfortunately they were sold out, but they still helped me out with luggage service! Very grateful and thank you for all your help. Highly recommend.

An excellent location with views that can’t be beat. In room coffee maker and breakfast was delivered daily to our room so that we could enjoy it on the terrace overlooking Playa La Concha. The staff is friendly and accommodating. While there is no AC the ceiling fans, and open windows with the sea breeze and sound of the waves was quite comfortable. The parking is shared with neighbors and you may not need your car while you’re there. The beachfront is a straight shot down a stair access and old town is walking distance. Would definitely recommend
