Super close to U bahn , nice hotel good area close to zoo and other sights

This is an excellent hotel. The rooms, staff and amenities are all First Rate. And the view from our room overlooking the Zoo was unbelievable. Who wakes up with Kangaroos running around just outside their window? Our only caution is it is a bit remote, far from public transit and walking through the pitch black Tiergarten at night is not an option.

Well, this was one of the best if not the best hotel I have ever stayed in! From arrival, as we arrived several hours before check-in time, the staff said the words every weary traveler wants to hear "your room is ready for you". No extra cost, just 2 room keys and a guide to show us how to get in the room, and operate all of the amenities. I knew from that moment on, that this would be a memorable experience. The room was spotless, the towels were thick and soft, without the smell of clorox. I should mention that we had the Suite Management. A fantastic hotel, with a fabulous breakfast. SANA Berlin provided a calm space to relax in after busy days sightseeing in Berlin. We also had two very spacious interconnecting rooms, sold as a family room. Perfect for us and our teenagers. Great transport options close to the hotel and it was easy transfer to and from the airport. We would happily stay again.
