"The staff went above and beyond. Nothing in my review has to do with them. The rooms are a bit outdated. The bathrooms are beautiful but overall the first room we had smelt like cigarettes and the HVAC didn't work. Again staff was so accomodating immediately switched our room. The biggest letdown was from the marketing online I thought the pool at the hotel bar was open to the hotel guests at all hours and it wasn't. The pool you have access to is a bit sad. The food options weren't really available for lunch. But, I wouldnt let this deter you from booking here. The history of the hotel is really cool and it's a very welcoming environment"

"At the time of my trip, there was a lot of construction right outside the hotel. Staff is super friendly and super helpful. Room was very clean. Breakfast was complimentary and delicious. However, the room I stayed in had the headboard on the wall closest to the highway. I figured it wouldn’t be that bad but I barely slept due to highway noise. The hotel itself is great, the location is not the best."
