Room amenities are limited so plan accordingly.
The queen size room was relatively small with windows blocked out so had limited natural light.
The staff was very helpful and quick check in and check out.

Beautiful modern hotel in a building full of history, very central in the city. The staff were fantastic and very friendly and helpful. So many little things included in our stay. The pool and spa area was very well designed and was a lovely area to sit and relax. We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay - it was a real 5 star experience!

Only the one lift working, and from comments this had been out of action for some weeks. One lift caused congestion at peak times.

"Regretted that I didn't book a waterfront resort. The carpark view kills the vacation mood. The restaurants didn't have particularly inviting atmosphere and the gym and the swimming pools were not connected to the hotel. The only positive thing was the shower pressure."
