Room was small but clean. Very good layout. Would have been perfect if there had been tea making facilities in the room. Also there was no central light so room was dark.
Unfortunately, I left my slippers on the floor and a pair of glasses on a stool when we left the room. My fault, I know but, despite informing the hotel immediately I noticed these were never found and returned to me.

Our room was semi clean but the carpet had not been vacuumed at all. There was tons of people's hair on it. When I mentioned this to the manager he stated that the didn't vacuum. The AC was completely out on our floor so we had to leave the windows open. There were several bars below us that dumped large amounts of glass into trash cans hourly all night long. Then the recycling trucks came at 5:30 am every day. I literallbarely got than 3 hours sleep every night it was so incredibly loud. Ot is a shame because it is a central location. I would not recommend if you want to actually get sleep.

* Very secure property entrance
* Staff were friendly and helpful
* Rooms and public spaces immaculately decorated in a trendy and classy aesthetic
* The bed, duvet and pillows were very comfortable and cosy
* Unfortunately no tea/coffee facilities in the room
* Bathroom had 2 lighting options which meant low or high lighting could be used
* Shower pressure and temperature could have been better
* Parlour Cafe was bright and fresh
* However the milk was off so unable to have cereal or add cold milk to drinks
