We were a group of 12 people of family and friends travelling through Vietnam. We researched the web and booked Royal Palace Hotel in Hanoi because it was highly recommended. Having never been to Vietnam, we reached out to the hotel manager, Jimmi, for suggestions on restaurants, transportation and activities. He was extremely helpful and responsive with our group's requests, booking restaurants and arranging rides for all of us.
Royal Palace is a nice, clean boutique hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter which makes all the local sites and restaurants easily accessible. The included breakfast was very good and the manager of the restaurant, Anna, was friendly and provided us great personal service during our meal.
Overall, we highly recommend the Royal Palace because of their cleanliness, well maintained rooms, excellent service and would stay there again in our future travels to Hanoi.
