The Basic Queen rooms have No windows.
Room 109 is adjacent to the central water pumps for the entire hotel. Very noisy.
The AC cannot be regulated. It's either on and freezing or off
I couldn't sleep at all the first night. I requested a call from the manager. I was given her email.
In 4 nights and 5 days, never heard from her.

Super clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect and the room and rooftop balcony space was amazing. Overall 10/10. Would definitely go back and stay again. I recommend for anyone traveling or wanting to stay in that area. Everything is walking distance and beach is a 5min uber ride. No complaints!
