Forfaits vacances – Cuddington

Problem checking in needs attention. No contact or keycode sent. Had to telephone and luckily the woman who answered sorted the issue. It did mean we were later checking in though. It was suggested that the problems were the fault if Hotels. Com If this is the case amd problems have arised for other guests, it be helpful to trt amd solve the problem do guests ger the messages they need to re check-in Having said this, i have stayed previously without an issue and find it good value for mo ey in a different location, close to the Baltic area and other attractions.

The room was clean and comfortable and well maintained. The staff were very friendly when on site. The hotel was in a quiet location but only 5 minute walk from the town centre. The digital code pad for the room was incorporated into the door handle which might not be suitable for anyone with low vision.

Slight issue with a bin not being emptied from previous guests when we arrived which was rectified within minutes of contacting the owners. Bottle of prosecco left for us as a goodwill gesture. Excellent service

I have visited UStay apartments previously and it didn’t disappoint 2nd time around. Everything you need is in a nearby location, whether that be a shopping trip or going for the night life, every thing is nearby. The apartments were very clean and well looked after.
