« Front desk lady was very rude when I asked if the pool was open. She said I hate when people ask that. She said if the sign says its closed then its closed. Then I couldn't sign into the wifi She then asked if I was spelling my name right. Stating that's why I couldn't sign in which was not the case. Overall just a bad experience. Ill spend the extra money from now on and stay at holiday inns. »

« Would have been nice to know the pool has been out for months. Like half of the hotel was under construction. Didn’t realize they only come in the room every other day, so had to call for more towels. Good breakfast »

« Great place to stay. Quiet room! Hotel very clean! One item: I said hello or hi to one lady who worked in the breakfast area and I felt like it was too much effort for to reply to me. She was there all 3 mornings and on the third day, I said nothing to her. I feel she should be a lot more friendly to guests especially when I made an effort to great her. She didn't want any interaction. »

« Hotel and staff were great. We came for a sports event and had a longer stay. The kitchenette in the bathroom was a little odd at first but worked out in our morning bathroom routines. »

« Housekeeping never came to the room once in 5 days. Internet was incredibly slow, and no drawers of any kind to put away clothing. Never received an invoice after checkout. »

« Staff helped us get checked in right away; they did have some printer issues FYSA in case you need a paper copy of something. Met our needs for an overnight stay. »

« I was quite dissatisfied with my stay. Our room was changed last minute to a room on the second floor. Upon arrival the entire second floor hallway smelled like garbage. With further inspection I found a very large pile of trash overflowing from the garbage can in the ice machine room. Additionally, the hallway looked nothing like the first floor hallway by the lobby. It was run down, dimly lit and had chipping paint and stained doors. It reminded me of a horror movie. « MY STAY THERE WAS VERY PLEASANT. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD AND THEY EVEN OFFERED SEVERAL PROTIEN OPTIONS. THE SHUTTLE DRIVER TO THE AIRPORT WAS KIND AND THE DRIVE WAS SMOOTH. ALSO THE DRVER WAS MOST HELPFUL GETTING ME IN AND OUT OF THE VAN AND MAKING SURE I WAS STABLE ENOUGH TO GET INTO THE TICKET COUNTER »
