We had a kitchenette bedroom, this was immaculate, genuinely one of the most modern hotel rooms we've stayed in. The decor was nice and everything was clean, bed was also really comfortable. The staff were also very attentive and easy to speak to. Highly recommend this place.

The location of Riu hotel was perfect. A short 5 minutes walk to Victoria Station subway. And 3 subway stations away from London's best attractions! The breakfast was a game changer. Comparable, in variety and quality to what you get on 5* cruises! If you consider that the average price of a small cappuccino in London is 5 GBP, that buffet breakfast was amazing!

Close to everything. Staff friendly. We got there early and room the room was available and they let us get the keys 😊

This is a no frills place. If you’re looking for a cheap night or two, especially close to Excel, this is ideal. Everything is functional. Cleanliness could do with a little ramp up for my taste, but it was disgusting or anything like that. Walls are thin so you can hear other guests coming and going. Mattress on the bed wasn’t the best quality but I did sleep well. I would consider staying again because of the price point. As long as your not expecting the Ritz for what your paying it does the job.
