Very nice old hotel. Elegant. No complaints

The food was amazing! Every meal was great, the buffet was a very pleasant surprise! I have struggled in other stays with the buffets but this one really had something for everyone. Rooms were fantastic and cleaned daily. Beach access was steps away if you decided to leave the pools everything was steps away

We enjoyed our getaway. Beautiful views of bay and ocean. Our room overlooked the turquoise ocean water. What a spectacular way to wake up and fall asleep with sound and sight of waves. Staff was very kind. Family style place-don’t expect luxury here. Rooms are clean and has coffee machine with pods and mini fridge. Wonderful time to chill and let go as it’s a simple island lifestyle. Enjoyed use of kayaks exploring waters and surroundings. .

Enjoyable stay with disappointing experience. We stayed for 3 nights in March 2026. We enjoyed many aspects of our stay. In particular, the friendly staff, and delicious food at Ma Ruby’s. But, we had a very disappointing experience with our reservation and follow- up by the hotel manager. We made our reservation on Expedia in November, 2025. We paid for our room at that time. Upon arrival in March, we were shocked when told our reservation had not been noted. Our room was not available. Fortunately we had our confirmation information from Expedia. We were given another room and told it was an upgrade. The alternate room had a location right next to our bathroom, where staff would frequently hang out and talk. It was very awkward for us. After returning home, and investigating what had occurred, I became aware that the room we were given was not an upgrade, and actually was a lower cost than the room we paid for. I regret that this issue was not addressed by the receptionist, and that we were not compensated during our visit. I communicated with the manager, Juanita, about my concerns. I apologize for not addressing them while visiting. She responded 10 days later. Her message was friendly , she addressed my issues, and offered compensation. I thanked her, and sent our payment information. I have not received the compensation or any further follow- up from the manager, however in the 30 days after my email.

Great Staff Stephon, Ryan, Charles and Robert and a few others stood out and were very attentive. I will be going back
