First time in Bahamas. The resort was clean and beautiful. Staff was helpful. Water park is a blast

Food and drinks were great , all inclusive is very worth it. To all the bad reviews , do not listen to them , it’s perfectly fine especially for couples. Made a lot of friends with other couples

It was large enough that it didn’t feel over crowded at the pools and other areas.

The propert is beautiful but the rooms need upgrading

The area around this hotel is absolutely breathtaking — the scenery alone is worth the trip. Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn’t live up to its surroundings. The building is in desperate need of repairs and remodeling, with worn-out interiors that feel neglected. On top of that, the staff didn’t seem particularly friendly or motivated, almost as if they didn’t want to be there. With such an incredible location, it’s a shame the hotel experience falls short.
