We had a wonderful stay. The room size was very good and everything worked. The lift was unusable so we were re-allocated a room on the ground floor.
The food was excellent. We enjoyed a delicious evening meal, a fabulous high tea and two excellent breakfasts.
All members of staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was a great disappointment. Check in was very slow as the staff appeared overwhelmed. Throughout the property everything felt very tired. The room was basic e.g. no drawers to store anything. The toilet flush and washbasin were extremely poor. Breakfast was unexciting to say the least. One coffee machine was out of order and the other did not deliver coffee or hot water at a reasonable temperature. The hot chocolate was not available.
