We only had a weekend so it was more of a taster visit, but we had a really good time, loved Cromford, Bakewell and Matlock and a visit to the country park in Buxton. There was so much more to do & see. We loved the location of the cottage but we could have done with better and clearer instructions on where to park on arrival, we were asked to move after we arrived but didn’t know where we supposed to be! "Service was lovely, on top of what they are doing. Food was amazing and they are always making sure the customers are happy and if there is anything they can do to help the customers, was an absolute delight with my dog, he got lots of attention. The only con was that the rooms are dated and the furniture seems aged but with the new management hopefully this may change. Will definitely return. "
