Very nice, modern property by the port of Dubrovnik. The rooms are minimalist, but my family room was very spacious with a huge terrace. Common spaces are clean and tastefully done.
The area around has views of the port/marina and had decent shopping, supermarket and eating/drinking options. Plenty of buses or 25/30 minutes walk to central Debrovnik.
Last, but certainly not least, the staff were magnificent! They were very helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make us welcome and our stay pleasant. First class!

Excellent location and friendly staff. Great view from our room up 4 flights of stairs. Some maintenance needed - no shower door in the bathroom and water faucet drips. Still we were comfortable and found the hotel to be a good value. The breakfast provided was pretty terrible- the worst coffee.

Loved the views! Right off of the water. Easy walk to restaurants and cafes and bars. Great cave bar! Huge breakfast included each day. All of that was great!
The rooms seemed dated and old and not in a good way. I got a room with a view which was great but the interior of the room suffered. Overall the hotel seemed dated. Kind of dingy and dull. I probably wouldn’t stay again.
