"The customer service at this hotel is top notch. We arrived tired and the customer service we received from the night auditor was amazing. She was so kind. Highly recommend and if we are in Destin again we will def be staying here. Thank you!"

"This is a fairly new property so it is very clean & well maintained. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The property is also pet friendly. The rooms are suites with a stove and full size refrigerator. The bathroom was very spacious and all of the linens were nice. The only negative things were the queen beds were not very comfortable and this hotel is a part of Extended Stay America so it is subject to some "riff raff" around the property. However, during our stay, everyone was friendly and there were no issues."

"Normal hotel for a few nights stay. It smells very good when you first walk in. Breakfast is the usual continental breakfast. The staff was helpful. Cleanliness was normal. We brought our own cleaning supplies. There was a roach in the restroom but I killed it."
