Check-in was easy. Our room was very spacious and just as listed. The bed was very comfortable and clean. No problems with anything whatsoever. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Convenient location in Beverly Hills, only a 10 minute walk down the road to Rodeo Drive. Rooms were very spacious and the pool area was lovely with bar service which was an added bonus.

The hotel its self was excellent but the are was not good Hotel had about 100 cameras up and lots of buildings in the area were behind cages , apartment opposite our bedroom window was burnt out and gutted , restaurant in the hotel carpark was all boarded up Through the day was sort of ok but at night it was quite scarey definitely do not go out on foot at night as plenty of unsavory carracters all over But the hotel itself once you where i side was ok

Outstanding property for dog-travellers. Would do the Bungalows again, how many hotels have this much outdoor walking area?

Our experience at the hotel was great! Mini romantic getaway. The staff was awesome! Kind and genuine. Everything was almost perfect, except for: 1. Not receiving the room I had reserved. After the valet guy helped us move in our belongings, he noticed there was no iPad for controlling of the lights (not a big issue). But after following up for us, they then offered us another room that had an iPad and happened to be exactly the room we had been anticipating. I was about to talk to the front desk when this opportunity came up, so, it worked out on it's own. 2. One of the chairs by the "mini library" was dirty; crumbs in the crevices. And the rug was pretty stained by the main table in the living room. 3. We found two spiders in our stay. One which bit my partner. I mean, insects are insects, but it was a surprise to find two. One we could ignore, but two, we were like, "alrighttt what's going on here" 4. We asked for ice at night around 1030-11pm. I first asked if there was an ice machine. They said no, but that they could send some ice up from the restaurant. Time passed and no ice ever showed up. We can surpass that but there was no other way to cool down some water or drinks considering their mini fridges are only for their resaled beverages. Overall, it was a nice getaway.
