"The Michelin guide probably provides the best reference for this cabin. In the Michelin guide a restaurant obtaining even one star is a pretty exceptional restaurant. Three stars is the max. Unlike the American grade inflation where it seems like almost all locations get four and five stars, this is a true three star Michelin hotel. The setting is gorgeous. We loved the chairs and umbrella down by the stream. How many houses do you stay in that provide olive oil, sugar, seasonings, sea salt along with Ziploc bags for your leftovers and charge cables for your electronics.We hope to make it again."
