So we had to round up pots to put under the leaks and leave them out the entire stay. we were never able to use the hot tub. when i finally heard back from Chris (the owner) he told me that he had ordered the new hot tub parts and was hoping they would have arrived before our stay but they didnt, which tells me that he knew it was broken and chose not to tell us! Also we had no issues with the water as other guests mentioned. Russell was very communicative throughout my stay.
