I can't really rate much due to the fact we didn't have a regular room. The woman who checked us in was SO accommodating for my 83 yr old mother, that she moved us from a 3rd floor room to a 1st floor one at the beginning of the hall. This room was still being renovated but was SO much easier for my mother and it was clean and comfortable.

When my mom fell in the night, the staff was able to get us a wheelchair in just minutes so we could get her to the med clinic to be check out. They said not to worry about our checkout time. They would take care of it.
All was okay with my mom and we got back in time to enjoy breakfast. Thanx for your quick actions.
