Excellent value. The room is basic — but that is what N Motel6 is! Clean & functional. Wifi works good. No hair dryer but a refrigerator and microwave!! I did not have a car but it’s location is very close to downtown Sac & State Capitol — short Uber ride.stayed there two different times and will do do again.

I should have read the reviews. Outside of the location, I can't think of a good reason to stay here again. Check in was a breeze. Front desk was pleasant. Bed was comfortable (but sheets stained). Nice view from the patio, and two free liquid death waters. Outside picknick tables and multiple corn holes. Not to mention nice patios with fire pits. Thats where the fun ends. I chose this hotel because they had an ice bath and it was 3 miles away from my 50k race. Unfortunately the ice bath wasnt working. Good thing the lake is right across the street. We stayed on the bottom floor in the enclosed hallway where the laundry is and we didnt get much sleep. Best to stay on the top floor. Saturday we had decent neighbors but you could hear every little noise. The walls are paper thin so even with respectful neighbors, this place is loud. Doors closing, people talking, tvs running. Its a lot. They are aware of how thin the walls are so they provide ear buds on the sink to drown out the noise. Sunday night was pretty awful because the people in the next room were on the patio partying it up until 11:30pm before taking it inside and running it up until 3am. I had just ran a 50k and I didnt sleep more than 2.5 hours because of them. To top it off, housekeeping started their duties at 7am. Doors slamming, laundry running, loud conversations. No chance of us trying to recover from the night before. If you're looking for somewhere quiet, this is not the spot.

It was a nice stay. The room felt new and has a good cabin-like cozy vibe. Do remember bringing your own toothbrush & toothpaste as the hotel doesn't have them.

The hotel was very well maintained, except for our air conditioning. It was so loud we couldn’t sleep and finally had to turn it off. There was only one robe to use in bathroom and no bottled water for making coffee. Other than that I enjoyed the location and grounds. Room was very nice and specious.

The hotel was very nice and well maintained. Staff were all very helpful & courteous. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet. The only thing that could have been better is to have a heated pool.
