Cranberry Falls Vacation Packages

Front staff member, Reese, was very helpful and knowledgeable of the property. We chose the property because there was a full service restaurant, which we used and enjoyed. The German menu was authentic and done well. The property is older and in need of TLC. We heard our neighbor’s conversation s and their oft slamming of the door. There is a need for weather stripping on room 3313, towel bar and adjustment of the sink water stop. The road noise was constant, not a fault of the hotel, but the three lane road leading to the National park is busy.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Restoration Hotel for one night to celebrate my birthday, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. This unique boutique hotel offers a charming atmosphere and is perfectly located near many of downtown Asheville's attractions. Before my arrival, I spoke with Kaylie, a Guest Curator, who helped me explore package options and graciously arranged a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine for my birthday. Upon arriving, Morgan provided a warm welcome and seamless check-in experience, while Neal assisted with our luggage and went above and beyond throughout our stay. His attentiveness and thoughtful service truly stood out. When my friend and I brought fruit to the hotel, Neal even arranged for the chef to prepare it for us, which was an unexpected and appreciated gesture. Our room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and immaculately clean. I was especially touched to find a handwritten birthday note from Kaylie waiting alongside the sparkling wine. The bathroom felt luxurious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and despite the shower pressure being a bit low, it did not detract from our overall experience. We enjoyed the complimentary Happy Hour, which featured a wonderful spread of cheeses, meats, fruits, and wine. Elton was a gracious host who ensured guests felt welcome and well cared for. Later, we spent time at the Draftsman Bar & Lounge, enjoying its unique atmosphere, full-service bar, bowling lanes, and pool tables.

Clean hotel. Good location just off the main area

It’s a great place to stay . The staff is very friendly and helpful .

The beds were very comfortable, and the staff was super nice. The waterfall in the pool area was pretty but it was super loud. The showers in the bathrooms leaked under the glass door so the floor got soaked, and the pictures shown showed a bath tub but only suites have a bathtub. The hotel was nice but I do not agree with the prices of the hotel, because other than the 24 hour pool it was a pretty basic hotel. The suites that include a bath tub are almost double the price of a regular room and the only difference is a bath tub. The staff was incredible nice though!
