8.8/10 Excellent! (263 reviews)
Staff were amazing and helpful, very kind and allowed me to upgrade to a suite as I was there for a special occasion.
The hotel itself is beautiful and I love the decor however a downside was no room service and their QR code has not been updated to the new downstairs restaurant TYGA.
Also housekeeping did not make the bed during my stay of 3 nights (1 day I put a do not disturb sign) which isn’t what I’m used to.
Overall a good experience but there could be some things made better.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,001 reviews)
Having been let down at the last minute by another accommodation - they had cancelled the booking when we arrived to check in - Staycity took the very last minute booking and we should have booked there in the first place! The staff were welcoming even though we arrived late with three children in tow. Everything was ready, clean and comfortable. Parking was just across the road and very reasonably priced. In the morning we were able to easily access the tram to get into the centre. Thank you to Staycity for saving our trip!

"Stayed whilst visiting the Lakes. Hotel was perfect for us as a family with children age 10 to 16. The buffet breakfast was a good selection, children loved the pancake machine. We also loved the pool, you had to pay extra but I felt this was worth it, the pool was a good size and steam room, sauna ..."
