Newer property. So clean and fresh. Spacious rooms. Huge bathroom! Just a quick overnight stop but great. Great breakfast as well

Friendly, helpful staff plus the breakfast was outstanding. The gym was OK (free weights and cardio machines only) but the pool was lovely. Really enjoyed our stay!

Best place to stay in Covington

I didn’t know when I booked that this hotel was pet friendly. We were on the 3 floor and there was someone on the same floor with a cat and the darn cat cried all night. It was so loud that I was awake all night. I spoke to the management and they couldn’t do any thing for me as I booked my room through a third party. So, I wasted my points on a hotel that allowed cats and I was awake all night and they couldn’T do anything. Pretty pathetic I think.

Good

this hotel is very well maintained and the staff are outstanding in their job ! especially Brandy, our hostess for the wonderful breakfast buffet. She is a bright light and we enjoyed interacting with her and other staff. rooms are clean, beds are comfy and I can't say enough about the breakfast choices ! So many options, something for everyone, and the lemon water was a nice addition. we would stay here again if we are in the area.

We always stay here because it’s close to everything around town and the hotel is clean, staff are friendly. Easy check in and out. Kids enjoy the pool as well. Breakfast is good for a buffet and complete. We love it here.

Clean , New property

Comfortable bed. Clean room decent breakfast Great staff

Nice and very clean looking, smelling, overall awesome stay

Home away from home when visiting our UofM student— the staff has always been friendly and helpful, lots of places to eat and shop around a safe area!

It met my expectations, kimd and friendly staff, clean and well appointed rooms.

Our overall experience was good. There was some small maintenance during our stay, but nothing that impacted us directly. Our concerns: The bathroom sink drain was clogged. There was no body wash in our bathroom. The toilet paper was on low supply. We were short towels in the bathroom. One of the key cards did not work on the rear exterior door. We had difficulty connecting to the WiFi. The staff were polite. They assisted with what they could.
