« I would not recommend this place to friends and family. The day of, the host sent us a surprise message about paying an additional {daily} amenity fee if we actually want to use all the amenities listed! This is not a hotel. Which is obvious because the toilet RUNS for hours; the shower ceiling has extensive water damage from a poorly done “upgrade”, resulting in not only bubbled paint and potential mold, but a stream of cold water running out of one those bubbles a good four inches away from...

« I showed up to check into the room and they didn't have the key for the unit. I spent the next five hours trying to find another place to stay in DC. I didn't check in till 4:30 AM and was competely wiped for my meetings that morning. Terrible!! »

« This was our first cross country trip with our infant and the perfect place for us. She loved sitting on the balcony watching the birds across the street and the planes going by. We had a pack-and-play and a high chair waiting for us, and kids books and games as well. It was so nice to not have to worry about those things and above and beyond. This reminds me of the times when room shares were really about sharing your home and adding that personal touch rather than commoditized mass rentals....
