I liked the accommodation is staffed throughout day and night, and that you can leave your key there if you want to so you don’t need to worry about losing it when going out partying or to the beach. Staff was kind and the area is pretty convenient between beaches in Ipanema & Copabana. They changed towels everyday which I wasn’t expecting and thought was nice.

Room was tiny (as expected right here on the beach) but spotless. Most of all, the location is incredible, and the staff incredibly helpful. We had many hours after checking out of our room while waiting the airport, and the staff let us continue to use all the hotel amenities, including the incredible pool and view over Copacabana Beach from the sky deck. Six stars out of five!

The location was perfect. Breakfast was great! All the staff were really kind. Joao check us in and he was really great!
They had a playpen setup for us with really cute baby bedding and toiletries. Which was appreciated.
Room was a bit small but we were only there for one night.

The pool needs some serious love, daily cleaning and new water! As does the outdoor furniture and space. The staff from the front door to cafeteria to cleaning lady were all extremely nice and helpful. Area is fantastic! Thanks for a fabulous vacation!
