"It would be good to tell the guest to take the set of keys with you after you get them from the lockbox. I opened the first orange gate and then returned them, which was obviously a mistake. I had to go back to get the keys to open the other gate, from the inside, which was very difficult. Also, you should label the other gate key with a blue cover. The sliding door does not lock, so we went in that way. Not sure if the third key opens the other house door. I could not open it. Microwave was very hard to use. Need more heaters for cold nights. Could not get the TV in the bedroom to work. On the positive side, we loved the view from the balcony!"

"I loved this place. Definitely an authentic, beautiful, relaxing place to stay. The beds and linens are the comfiest I have ever had at a hotel, and I had an excellent night sleep both nights. The architecture and design of the building is just stunning. We have a large room with three beds and it was perfect for our family. Very close to Poas Volcano, La Paz Waterfall Gardens and Starbucks Farm. The breakfast that is included in the stay is superb. We also had dinner and it was quite nice as well. I would happily stay here again. "

"This hotel is the perfect one night stay on the way to La Fortuna. It is 10 min away from La Paz waterfall gardens, which is a wonderful place to visit.
