This ground floor beachfront 1 Bedroom deluxe has a private patio that borders a nice grassy area and allows you to access the boardwalk directly from the unit. The Deluxe 1 Bedrooms are 1000 square feet and feature a fully equipped kitchen and full bath. With a queen size bed and a sofa sleeper this studio will accomodate up to 4 people. With the beach just steps out the patio door and easy access to the pool and hot tub, you can enjoy the best of both worlds. This Condominium Property is located just a few minutes from downtown Port Aransas, the La Palmilla golf course, shopping, beach access, and restaurants. This is a Non-Smoking condominium and No pets are allowed.
Amenities Include: Cable TV, Free Wireless Internet, BBQ pits in the pools area, laundry facilities, closest boardwalk to the beach, Heated pool (Nov. - Feb.), Texas-size hot tub, small meeting/conference room, and complimentary coffee on the first floor.

Loved Our Stay!
We had the best location! Condo was steps from the beach with a shower located right outside our condo. Two small patios to sit and sip coffee or play cards while listening to the surf. ❤️

Office personnel were very friendly. The unit was very nice, clean & spacious. However, it was very concerning to us that telephone service was not available while in the unit—calls could not come through, nor could we call out. We were told it was because it’s a concrete building.
Also, considering how much we paid for the unit, we expected a higher quality of toilet paper (1 ply). This might not be important to some people.
The property was further out on 361 than we expected. But it was very close to the beach.

Great place and location. Lacks basic necessities and trouble electrical.
We really liked this place. Pretty basic but perfect for us. We’d give five stars except for a few things:
1. There is very very minimal basic necessities in the kitchen. Very little. So if you want to cook or put anything in the over you’ll have to bring your own. No cookie sheets, no foil, one pan. Etc.
2. Everything worked fine the first two days. Then, while using the toaster, it popped and then the entire kitchen was unusable. The fridge and cook top/oven were fine but the microwave (including under light and fan) was done and all outlets.
I went to the office that night and was told they’d flip the breaker. Nothing changed.
I went to the office in the morning and she couldn’t find the breaker and just apologized. So no toaster, no microwave. Lots of smoke from bacon and fan wouldn’t turn on.
Overall, we’d stay again but a few frustrations.

Love the place but pool was closed during our entire stay
Great place, location and price. VERY upset that the pool was closed during our entire stay and we were not made aware until we arrived. With little kids, it’s sometimes difficult to stay at the beach all day so we like to spend a day or two at the pool as an alternative. Couldn’t do that this time. Also our microwave was broken and this seriously limited our ability to cook and prep meals for which I did a big grocery trip for.
