My husband and my family stayed at Two Season Coron at Bayside on March 30-April 2. Although the hotel was clean, we had so many bad experiences that it made our trip not so great. First of all, my husband and I had an overcharge payment of Php 13,650 upon check out. Erica at the front desk had accidentally overcharge us. She called me a few hours later after checkout that this happen. Per her voicemail and our discussion over the phone, that the reimbursement would be paid back in my credit card in a week (approximately 3-5 business days). Unfortunately this did not happen. I had to email the hotel two weeks after and even after the email, no one got back to me with any resolution. I then sent another email regarding this concern. I was told that they had attempted to call me after my second email but no call was made. A simple response on the email that the payment was being processed would have been sufficient enough instead of me reaching out via email twice. After several days, Pauline (Front office team leader) sent me a response that the payment was being processed. Another issue we had, was that my speaker was left behind in the room when we checked out. There was a housekeeping that had entered our room when we left assuming it was housekeeping. We made sure that we packed everything but unfortunately our speaker was left behind and was stolen. The hotel would not allow my sister to check the cameras and was told no speaker was left behind. Horrible experience!
