"Horrible from beginning to end. No towels to shower and took over 5 hour from front desk to get some, dirty cups/utensils in room kitchen, told to get ice from bar but nobody was ever there. Phone didn’t even work properly and calling front desk option inactive. Ruined our Romaric getaway."

"This property is absolutely ridiculous. Toilet paper not supplied a kitchen with no pots pans dishes, silverware no cleaning service included with your stay. It’s literally just a room the front desk staff has no idea what they’re doing. The only front desk staff that gets anything done is Naomi? She needs to be the manager, but everybody else is completely clueless."
