"My mother and I had a relative in ICU for a long while, so having a hotel seven minutes from Novant Presbyterian was perfect. They (the valets) worked with us to have our car ready promptly at a moments notice when there was an urgent need to be at the hospital. The breakfasts were healthy, hot, and varied. The staff was professional and extremely helpful, especially when we had spent all night tending our loved one. The light rail system, taxis, share-a-ride, and other travel options are available to the out-of-town traveler. we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. "

"Shuttle and front desk staff were excellent. The breakfast was great grab and go style. Good coffee. Microwaveable breakfast sandwiches, toasted bagels, assorted cereals and fresh fruit. Closing the breakfast area at 9am during the week, is too early and 10am on the weekends. 11am everyday would be better for your guest to enjoy. "

"We enjoyed staying at this Hilton property. We had drinks at the lobby bar and ate dinner at the restaurant. Both great experiences. The airport shuttle runs 24/7 which was great since we had to be at CLT at 4:30am. Very affordable and highly recommend. "
