"This house is very nicely set up and perfect for two couples or a couple with children. Two bedrooms downstairs and two up. House is very nicely furnished and everything that you need Location is close to Beale Street and Bass Pro and St Jude. The owner was extremely helpful with dinner and breakfast recommendations. My first trip to Memphis and loved music on Beale Street - will definitely come back and would definitely stay at this vrbo when we do M"

"We stayed at The Home Place for 4 nights in February 2024. Lucked out on great weather. Thoroughly enjoyed our break from winter in Wisconsin. The house is as described. Loved the peaceful quiet rural setting. A beautiful old house with hardwood floors, vintage metal door knobs, beautiful modern kitchen, plenty of room to spread out for individual quiet time. We ate all our meals and had great conversations at the beautiful dining room table. Got in a boisterous game of Corn Hole one afternoon....

"First let me state that your home is beautiful! The location, cleanliness, accommodations, and space were perfect for my family while visiting Memphis for the first time. Convenient to downtown and close to all the sights the city has to offer like Beale Street, The National Civil Rights Museum - Lorraine Hotel, Stax Museum, Graceland, and The Memphis Rock -n- Soul Museum. We also ate at some of the local eateries around the city as well Gus Fried Chicken is a must when staying here and check...

The house was clean from top to bottom, there was even some food in the fridge for us to help ourselves. Everything you need for a great stay, and a comfortable stay was at your fingertips. Mr. Christmas was there as soon as we arrived, to let us in and even walked through the house with us to show us anything we needed to know. We are definitely looking forward to...

"This was a very comfortable unit. Quite neighborhood. Within a few minutes to Beale Street! Everything was clean and well supplied with everything you would need, with the exception of food. A bit of snafu on entering the home, but I do not have email on my phone. The owner arrived within 3 minutes of a phone call. He was great!"

"It wasn’t quite what I was expecting, not for photos or listing… because the house itself is cute. You can tell the owner cares about the property and guests. The neighborhood isn’t the best, but we didn’t have any problems. The security system and cameras did help ease the worry. The owner is quick to respond and very nice and helpful.
