It is a basic room off a larger house. Everything was clean but older house so a little worn. The outdoor space is rough-- but Memphis in August is too hot to really enjoy outside.Location is close to everything and if you are just in town to see the sights this is a convenient place. Bar/local chain restaurant a couple blocks away. The only thing that was odd was the choice of chairs but a Target folding chair sorted that out. ##### Chris A. Would highly recommend and will reuse when in the area again!! It is within walking distance to so many great locations! I stayed in town for a concert during this trip and was a short walk from the venue which was great! The zoo is also within walking distance if you’re up for a short 20 min walk that is quite pleasant and peaceful. Walk the other way and there are plenty of shops to explore!
