The property gate code is provided at check in for entry. Please note: this loft is located on the second floor and will need you to climb up the stairs. I am always a phone or a text message away. Uniquely situated in Memphis Historical Victorian Village as well as the Medical District. This quiet neighborhood is surrounded by lush tall trees and historic century old restored villas. The neighborhood is centrally located and provides easy access to all attractions whether with your own car or Uber/Lyft. Parking is available in our gated front parking area. Additional parking at the 24x7 monitored back parking area. Also, there is plenty of street parking available as well. Parking: There is a 1-car maximum for the limited gated parking lot. Any additional cars are welcome to use the complimentary rear parking or the street parking. All parking is first-come, first-serve. Note: The parking lot entrance/exit is very narrow for some cars. We would love to host you as our guest and thank you in advance for understanding our additional house rules: 1\. Check in anytime after 4pm and check out by 11am. Please reach out if you desire an early check in and we will try to accommodate your request. 2\. Smoking of any kind including vapes and marijuana is strictly prohibited inside the suites. We have advance sensors to detect and report presence of cigarette smoke and weed. We would hate to charge a $200 smoking fee. 3\. Please notify owners of any difficulty or problems you incur during your stay. We will make every effort to eliminate these problems or make repairs as soon as possible. 4\. The studio was well-appointed and clean. The bed was super comfortable and there was very little street noise while we were sleeping.While we didn't do much walking in the area, we were close to all of the downtown attractions. The free parking in front of the unit was great - it was nice having our car close by. The host was great at communicating. BTW - we highly recommend the Sunrise Memphis for breakfast. The lock had issues upon arrival but one quick call and we managed to get me in. Owner arranged for the lock/door to be andjusted immediately the next day, no issues during the rest of my stay. He even arranged for the parking area to be cleared of snow/ice when the majority of Memphis streets were still covered in ice and snow. The owner kept in touch to make sure everything was going well during my stay. Many places in Memphis had no hot water, not an issue here. Like it says in the description, parking is a bit tight, but I never had an issue getting a parking spot. Security gate worked perfectly. All in all, a good experience here. ##### Robert C.
