"We stayed here for an easy walk to FedEx forum. Great location. Clean except the bathtub was full of water when we arrived. "

"Booked a room here a day before, and the whole process was smooth! The staff was so welcoming. We had an issue with the AC in our room when we first got in, but maintenance came and fixed it within 15 minutes of us calling down to the front desk. The only thing that was a bit cheap was the towel hook in front of the shower. It was falling off and attached with glue or some sort of sticky pad."

"Didnt quite understand their water/energy conservation program. Got 1 drink voucher for 1 person when agreeing to skip housekeeping bed linen & towel change for what I thought was every other day but they didnt attempt a cleaning until the last day of our 4 night - 5 day stay. I had to request clean towels on the 3rd day twice before they showed up in plastc bags outside our door and did not pick up the dirty ones. We had to gather them up & leave them outside our door. We never had the "do not disturb" sign on. It was just a little confusing."

"We loved our room and the amount of towels, the room setup, the couch, ECT... We thought the queen beds seemed a little small but we didn't mind. HOWEVER, the pool here was full of bugs, a shiny film, and DISGUSTING and green. "
