« When I found out this pet friendly hotel charges an additional $150 a night for a dog I was shocked. . When I questioned the amount, the front desk clerk was rude. Also, she said that I had only reserved one room and my Expedia reservation clearly said two. Again, she was rude and abrupt. I finally figured out that the second room was in my Granddaughter’s name . I had difficulty with the app on the washer and dryer and had to make about five trips to the front desk to ask for help. »

« We were very pleased with this property. The location is ideal. Everything we needed was less than a mile away—pharmacy, grocery, gas station, church, restaurants, the residences of our family members, etc. The amenities were superior, complete with daily breakfast, pool, gym, etc. Best of all was the wonderful staff. Everyone was friendly from the very start. We told the manager that fully 8-10 employees greeted us with a warm welcome and each person indicated their readiness to help make...

« The room was clean& pool was okay however we were hit on the spot with a holding fee of $100 without notice upon arrival, we requested a double suite & weren’t able to get it even though the site said they were available, room service also wasn’t available to us until the last couple hours of our stay which made us pretty uncomfortable so yeah I definitely wouldn’t book again unless I absolutely have to. »
