"I book my room to include breakfast, but every other day they ran out of items. So, I paid for a full breakfast, but several days, I was not afforded a full breakfast. I was not offered a substitute for the items they were out of, nor was I given a refund, and this was for several days.... Its unfair for the guests to pay for a full breakfast, and several days they were constantly running out of food. I will probably not book there again.."

"This would have been a great hotel IF the elevators worked. When we arrived for our 3 night stay we noticed they only had one (out of two) working elevator for this 4-story hotel. On the second day of our stay the remaining elevator stopped working, requiring everyone to use the stairs. It was fixed later in the day, so we assumed it would be okay and stayed for the night as planned. However, on the morning we needed to check out we found the elevator inoperable and were required to haul our luggage down from the 4th floor. We will be requesting a refund. "
