"The valet attendants were fighting so I had to go park my car at a public parking garage nearby. I walked into my room and it smelled like mildew. I told the staff and they didn’t do anything about it. Everything is old and outdated and the bed wasn’t comfortable. For $230 I expected a much better experience. I asked for a refund so I could go to a different hotel and didn’t get one, so I stayed there and woke up sick and have been sick ever since O stayed the night there. Don’t go to this hotel! "

"The breakfast buffet was really a good surprise. Omelet station,made to order. The room was nice. Checked in aroubd 11 pm on a Friday night. The lobby was packed, the parking lot packed, weed being smoked right outside the lobby door. Bathroom sink drained slowly and the door handle came off on the inside. Worst though was having to wait over an hour to get 2 towels, even after calling housekeeping 3 times and being told to give them a few more seconds. No apology, no sense of serving those still at the hotel on Sunday after many, many people checked out. "

"The bad- Furniture could definitely use a refresh. Everything is a bit worn down and threadbare. We were assigned room 216 when we checked in. We walked into the room and were immediately smacked in the face with the smell of BO. Apparently, that’s just what the rooms smells like as the second room we were assigned also smelled, though not as badly. The kitchenettes are terribly stocked (no plates, but bowls. No forks, but spoons.) the beds are not comfortable. The usb charger by the bed did not work. The good- the location is very convenient to walk the strip or downtown. The breakfast was actually really good. Never saw the bar open in our two nights there, which is disappointing in such a quiet neighborhood where everything closes early. At least you could grab a beer to take to your room at the little convenience market in the lobby. "

"The hotel is very nice. The room was very clean. The location was very convenient. The area also felt safe. My only complaint was that we went down to the first floor and there was a breakfast buffet, but no information that it was not included in the price of the room. The breakfast had a good variety for a hotel breakfast buffet, but we would have not stopped had we known the price and it wasn't included in the room charge. Unfortunately, the breakfast made my husband sick on a day we had to drive home. He ate the greasy items like sausage and bacon and I did not. "
