Reasonable hotel, similar to a Travelodge. Very overpriced for my two day stay. I expected more for the price when I booked. Bedroom was adequate, bathroom needed a makeover.

My stay at the Leonardo Hotel Hinckley Island was a major disappointment.
The service was non-existent; we waited 30 minutes just to check in due to being severely understaffed. Our room had no air conditioning, and after calling four times and waiting two and a half hours for a requested fan, it finally arrived.
To make matters worse, our room window was at eye-level with a public footpath and car park. Because the room was so hot, we were forced to keep the window open, which completely destroyed any sense of privacy. I would not recommend staying here.

The table was chipped and scratched. And I had to pay an extra £40 on top of my booking price for the standard after stay cleaning. Had to message the property to ask for check in information. Could hear the road from the room as well as everyone leaving and entering through the front door.
Will not be staying here again
