"Nice and easy off 70"

"The condo matched the description perfectly: it was clean, nicely set up, and fully equipped with everything we needed. However, finding the condo was quite confusing. When we picked up our keys and received directions, they were from a location that was many miles away from the condo itself. The envelope contained directions along with a list of five different properties, making it unclear which one was ours. We narrowed it down to two. When we called for help, the staff weren't sure either. After unloading our car, we went into the building we thought was ours, but our room wasn't there. We called again, but the call was abruptly cut off, and we didn’t receive a return call. We ended up wandering around and checking other buildings before finally locating our room. The next day, I received a text with the correct building information, which was puzzling since we had already figured it out ourselves. Overall, the directions provided were not clear enough, leading to a frustrating experience. Part of this was our fault as we had received many emails and texts, and they all had a little bit different information. We had brought our own food, expecting to grill but the grill was not working. Cooked our ribs a different way, a little bit disappointing. The couch was comfortable but the bed was not. There was a free concert and a mountain run while we were there. It made it a very nice experience and we enjoyed this very much. Would stay again."

"First off the process for booking the rental and working with River Ridge rental properties was amazing after that we arrived into the home with an early check-in and everything was perfect super clean, organized good temperature in the house. Everything was good. The only issue we had was at one point the sink in the basement which is an under mount sink collapsed down just because the epoxy had fallen. I immediately contacted River Ridge rentals and they were very understanding and easy to work with and didn’t question us. We sent them pictures easy and we haven’t had any issues after it’s been a good experience. It’s a great location just up the hill from the resort. We walked directly off the back patio to go hiking and explore. Great entertainment room in basement for watching multiple sports and movies. The children (3-13) loved the home as well. They have a plethora of books and games through the home. Just beware: the freezer is in the left … we learned the hard way as all our food was frozen in the AM!! When we had initially opened it it was not super. Cold and assumed just the drawers were freezers!! Highly recommend staying at this property. "

"Large home with room for everyone. There was ample seating in the living room and the kitchen. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and silverware. There was NO CAN OPENER (an oversight on the cleaning crew I am sure) and the pans need replacing. The home was clean and check in was easy. Very quiet neighborhood and less than a 30 min walk to the Village. We would stay here again!"
