« It was as expected for the price, and close to my training with a little shopping and coffee close by. This is needed because the rooms are built for rest and relaxation. However, it was clean enough, adequate water pressure, parking directly in front of my room, quiet during my stay and I was only there for two nights. I wouldn’t think all rooms are as adequate and they definitely need more renovation but adequate for what I needed. »

« The GM showed no empathy nor sympathy to our situation. We reserved a room through Expedia, bc the prices were the lowest, just to hold on to it until we found something better. Expedia asked for my card info to reserve room only, clearly stating my card would not be charged, the information would be use to reserve the room. Didn’t think I had to read a cancellation policy. Another misleading factor that made me ok with using my card info, I had the choice to pay at property. Pay at property...
