We spent 5 nights at the resort. We had an amazing experience! The staff are amazing! The property is very clean. We will definitely be returning.

What I didnt like was, there was no internet in all areas, i couldnt even send a message from my room, that is so low, I 2025 everywhere has internet. Cant believe this

It lacked options of things to do for everyone throughout the day. The buffet restaurant was pretty good. Lacked enough staff to provide drinks for each meal. The Mexican restaurant was pretty good. I expected more since it did require a reservation.

I did not receive the room that was advertised. My room was supposed to include a kitchen and two beds. I received a room with a single bed and no kitchen. The property stated they gave me a single bed because I was alone and felt I didn't need two beds. They refused to give me the room I paid for. I also asked to be moved closer to the front because I was alone and my room was in the back of the property. It was very dark at night and I had to walk alone. They refused to move me. Expedia was very slow to help with my concerns. Ultimately they were unable to get my room changed. An Expedia rep gave me 125 key credits. He said it was not a part of my refund but a compen

Was very pleased with my stay. Do wish I could have regulated my room temperature better. Was a little hot at night. And the smell of the water was rough. And wish they would have left more bottled water in the rooms.
