Conil Vacation Packages

This is the second year which my family have stayed at the THB Tropical. The reason for our return is the very warm welcome we received in 2025 and the help for my wife's parents who are disabled. Again the staff couldn't help us enough. I contacted the hotel before we arrived and requested a room with a walk in shower (without a step) to enable easier access. This was accommodated with no issue. All the facilities we great and available as and when we needed them. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it is close to Playa Blanca Beach, Facilities at the hotel perfect and staff amazing. 10 out 10 and return next year definitely looks on the cards.

The staff were so friendly, the hotel is in a good location ,very clean and the do a amazing buffet breakfast .Will deffinetly be back.

Unfortunately, my review is too long to be contained within these confinements of 1500 characters so I’ll summarise. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend THB Flora. What should have been a lovely mini-moon / attending our friends’ wedding was dampened and inconvenienced by the abysmal service of THB Flora. When we got to our apartment, it looked tired and unswept, and we soon learned that the shower did not drain and flooded the bathroom. We put up with this. Until, on our final night, but early in the day, the air conditioning in the room stopped working and started making an awful and rather loud noise, like a chugging motor. We were refused a new room. Fortunately, the engineers insisted that the air conditioning could not be fixed, but we had now wasted two-hours of our day achieving the same outcome we’d originally requested: a new room. In this new room, the shower still did not drain and still flooded the bathroom. THB Flora is insufficient in service and provisions to be a worthy stay for anyone travelling to Lanzarote: most of the staff are rude and unhelpful, only one pillow is provided per guest and they’re so lumpy the flat mattress is more appealing, showers do not drain, toilets struggle to flush, flushing toilets send gurgling water back up bathroom and kitchen sink drains, and the quality of your amenities is a pot-luck depending on which apartment room you are assigned. Invest your money in a nicer stay somewhere worthy of your precious relaxation time.
