Top Concord Hotel Reviews

Omni Charlotte Hotel

Omni Charlotte Hotel

8/10 Good
"55$ a night to park was horrendous and I worked all my adult life in NYC. Staff should be briefed on local events like the 10K race as everyone we asked had no idea what streets were being closed and how or even if it would impact our departure last Sunday. Other than those two things it was a great place and location and I would stay there again but I would plan to not park there. That fee is ridiculous."

Sheraton Charlotte Airport Hotel

Sheraton Charlotte Airport Hotel

8/10 Good
"This hotel is attractive and sportless. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and there were nice seating areas in the room. Good quality and nice smelling bath products in the room. The lobby is huge with many places to sit. Easy parking. The pool was closed so we were unable to enjoy - maybe because we are a week past labor day and it is partially outside and partially inside. I was hoping that there would be free coffee in the lounge - it stops at 8am so I had coffee in the room but always dislike powdered creamers - some shelf stable liquid creamers are always welcomed.. Only other thing I notcied was no small kit with cotton balls, and a shower cap - those are nice too. Overall, very good stay - we would come back for sure."

Sonesta Charlotte Lower South End

10/10 Excellent
"This hotel was a pleasant surprise! I was warmly greeted by Girard upon entry and he made my stay feel extra special! The lobby was lovely, with complimentary infused water daily. The hotel restaurant had great wings and excellent cocktails! Next time we visit Charlotte, we will surely stay at a Sonesta again!"
