The hotel was clean, and appeared very new. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was excellent.
Hotel and staff were awesome. Would definitely rebook.
Very pleasant and very nice location to all attractions
Just spent one night. Ended up in a handicapped room, but was still nice. Everything seemed clean. Staff was nice. Bed was ok, but could have used maybe a few more pillows. For a one night stay it was fine.
The mansion is old but classy. Very quiet, lovely neighborhood very near the center of Charlotte. Wonderful complementary breakfast buffet. Lovely surrounding gardens and walks. There is no room service. But, close to many Myers Park restaurants. No handicap entrance to main mansion - about 5 steps. ...
Very close to the spectrum, clean,no problems. Parking deck was a little confusing....... overall a good experience
Bathroom was a little more dated than expected as well as room wallpaper and molding. Other than that it was cool. Oh it's been over a week and my incidental charges have not been credited back to my debit card.
