« Everything was adequate…but I wouldn’t call it “chic”. Bed was comfortable, the place was basically clean, but the surfaces are dingy, countertops splitting. The upstairs neighbors are very noisy late night and early morning. There was a washer and dryer, but no detergent which made it unfunctional unless you went and bought a regular sized detergent for one load. What a waste! I expected more, albeit functional. »

« Carpet in entryway,stairs and hallways are stained and dirty. Rug in living room and coffee table are stained and dirty. Sheetrock is cracked in many places,but I assume it is because of the age of the building. »

« The property is in a lovely residential area and was in close proximity to everything. Off street parking is a huge bonus. It’s also very accommodating when traveling with pets. »
