The place impeccable in every way! It was meticulously clean and had such character. Jim had some great snacks, wine, and even some breakfast foods waiting for us. Jim and James went above and beyond to make sure that I had a comfortable stay during the month I was in Charlotte. The apartment has everything you could possibly need and the eclectic decor fit my personality to a tee. The location is perfect for access to almost anywhere in a half hour or less. We have stayed in several, and the properties are always beautifully designed, graciously appointed, clean, quiet, comfortable, safe, convenient to everything, and in a beautiful area. Jan 5, 2017 #### Excellent Rental Came for a weekend getaway to visit Charlotte. Within walking distance of a street car and very convenient to explore the city. Fully equipped kitchen with cooking supplies and some ingredients… so welcoming we decided to stay home and cook instead of dining out sometimes. Although we never met Charlie in person he was an amazing host with complimentary surprises at the home. On our next visit to Charlotte, we know exactly where we’re staying! ##### David J. It is spacious and well appointed, presenting a mix of urban chic with old southern charm. The back, screened-in porch was by far my favorite place.
